It seems that aberrant weather conditions have caused a number of trees to lose branches rendering sections of the park completely inaccessible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One livid park user told us &#8220;It&#8217;s a disgrace, I&#8217;ve been waiting on this path for nearly an hour waiting for someone to get off their arse and clear a path for me. I only nipped out for a few minutes and my tea will be ready in a bit. Is this the standard of service that we pay nearly forty quid a year for? Well obviously I don&#8217;t pay forty quid, the wife usually just heaves me over the fence, she&#8217;s quite unusually strong. But some people with better social consciences and weaker wives pay a kings ransom for this shoddy service.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We spoke to representatives of \u00a0Moseley Park who were oddly defensive, they said &#8220;What you are witnessing is the munificence of Autumn, it provides an opportunity for rebirth by the removal of the dead and the weak through challenging weather.
