This shock news clearly came as a surprise to aspirant house buyers, one told us:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s ridiculous, I only get one hour for lunch and in that time I&#8217;ve got to get five kilos of polenta and a house. I don&#8217;t even know what polenta is. Their sign says I can go to Kings Heath, well Woo Hoo let&#8217;s all go to Kings Heath. I don&#8217;t want a house in Kings Heath, they&#8217;re boxy and they all look a bit ill.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some concerned house buyers expressed doubt that all is as it seems, as we were told:-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It doesn&#8217;t smell right to me. How long does it take to &#8220;refurbish&#8221; an estate agents? You get a new desk, probably brown, screw the legs on it and nail a picture of a big house to the wall. An hour tops.
